One-on-One Personal Training
A one-on-one personal training session includes an individualized workout designed by a certified personal trainer. This service includes individualized accountability, motivation and workouts to guide a client toward their physical fitness goals. A personal training client’s goals could include losing weight, building muscle, increasing strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, management of mental wellness, and prevention of chronic disease.

Consultation
This FREE assessment will be conducted before joining any program at Hustle Fitness. During this hour-long consultation, a Certified Personal Trainer will thoroughly discuss your current life style and goals, conduct a functional exercise workout, and measurement of body composition on an InBody analyzer. At the conclusion of the assessment the trainer will prescribe the best course of action and discuss membership option.
